Shipping policy

For all orders being shipped through carriers, once order is shown as being DELIVERED Kay Milan Collection is no longer responsible. We will not issue a refund or store credit for orders being shown in the carrier system as "Delivered".

If there is a known issue of a problematic delivery system within your neighborhood (carrier issues, thief etc) it is highly suggested that you choose the shipping method with Signature Confirmation. 

Please Note: When using Store Credit, the code can be used for all items available on the website. The Store Credit codes can not be applied to USPS, UPS, FEDEX, and DHL carrier fees.
